Pino’s Italian Kitchen – Castle Pines, CO
Pino’s Italian Kitchen is located right off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Whether it is date night or a party with friends, Pino’s is a great place with great ambiance. Traditional Italian food in an atmosphere that will make you think you are in old world Italy. Moderate to higher priced. I highly recommend Pino’s. I gave Pino’s 5 STARS on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
Duke’s Steakhouse – Castle Pines, CO
We went to Duke’s for lunch. Traditional American fare with some creative twists on some of the meals, it was well worth the visit. Festive salads and solid sandwiches, but also award-winning steak. The price was moderate and portions filling. I gave Duke’s 4 STARS on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
Houlihan’s – Manhattan, KS
Though a chain restaurant, Houlihan’s was definitely worth the time. It is located near a hotel, but parking wasn’t a problem. Generally a steakhouse, they served other non-traditional American fares as well. Their boast on their produce is that it is farm fresh. The taste appeared to be just that. Steakhouse prices with steakhouse portions. I gave Houlihan’s 4 Stars on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
HuHot Mongolian Grill – Manhattan, KS
Hands down, my favorite all-you-can-eat restaurant. The food is great. The experience is great. The service is great. I always make sure I eat here when I am in town. You choose what you want to be prepared on the large, high-temp Mongolian grill. The prices are moderate, but well worth the trips to the bar. You can also purchase packaged food to take home to prepare yourself. I gave HuHot 5 STARS on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
Chris’s Steak and Seafood – Fayetteville, NC
My friends and I have eaten there several times. The atmosphere is good, the salad is on a self-serve bar, and the food was pretty good. The type of food is in the name. As one would imagine, the prices are that of a traditional steak and seafood restaurant. The service varied depending on the person, the day of the week, and how busy it was. I gave it 4 STARS on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
The Laughing Owl – Goldsboro, NC
Located downtown, parking may be a little tricky depending on the time of day. We ate there at lunch. There was a little bit of a wait for to be seated, but the waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious. One has a choice of Asian or American food with some flair. The prices were moderate and I gave it 4 STARS on my Google Maps Local Guide Review.
